Wanted wheelchair accessible condo/house — Surrey

Looking for a 3 bedroom, 1.5/ 2 bath home for our family. Condo or house. Must have over 1100 sq ft and in-suite laundry. Our youngest son is in a wheelchair so hardwood is preferred but carpet is fine too. The more room the better as our son has special needs equipment.
