Family of 4 are looking for a long term rental starting October 1 2012. We are looking for a unfernished 3/4 bedroom house, with a fenced in back yard. We do have a lab 4 year old dog, very well behaved. We have extreamily well references, we are the type of tenants that everyone wants. We are non smokers, very quiet, small children in school, always working. We love to landscape and will treat your home like its our own. Rent no higher then 1000.00
