I live in a 2 bedroom townhouse. The spare room isn't getting much use and I'm looking to save some money. So here goes! Ideally I am looking for a renter who lives or works out of town and needs a place to stay while in Dawson. Some one who keeps to themselves, is tidy and respectful, working and dependable on rent. I am easy going and career focused woman, my party days are over and I enjoy keeping my home like a sanctuary I can go to after work for some peacefulness and relaxation. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against having fun, just no parties here please. Please be pet friendly.
$400 includes: 1 parking space, access to the back yard, wifi internet, my living room/dining room/ kitchen is all furnished. I dont have cable but do have HDMI connector to hook up netflicks to a large screen TV and lots of movies. Its in a good location, easy access to Alaska HWY, no real road noise and close to the rotary walking trails.
